W.G. Safe Limited trading both as "One Night Outdoors" and "One Day Outdoors" aims to provide a safe and enjoyable outdoors experience in the New Zealand mountains. We will be travelling in a remote wilderness area. Travel in a mountain environment can be bothdangerous and uncertain.

W.G. Safe Ltd holds the view that proper preparation will minimise risk, and although we cannot control the weather or the river levels, we can minimise risk by planning for existing health/medical/diet problems and by making clients aware of the risks involved and the potential hazards as to injury and/or delays and the consequential travel disruptions and costs that may occur.

Any additional expenses arising from delays due to factors beyond the control of W.G. Safe Limited.

Cancellations

Fare refund in the event of cancellation will be at the sole discretion of W.G. Safe Limited.

A refund for bookings cancelled by one of our customers prior to departure will be no more than 70% of the fare.
